DHWCC Aquatics Center and Tennis Facility

In addition to providing structural engineering support for design and construction of Shalom Austin’s new Dell Health & Wellness Community Center, Leap! performed structural engineering design and construction administration services for the Center’s new aquatics and tennis facilities. The Aquatics Center and Tennis Facility included a new Olympic-size swimming pool and pool equipment building, children’s activity pool, concessions building, and six competition tennis courts.

The state-of-the-art aquatics center was designed for fitness lap swimming, lessons, sanctioned swim competitions, and a variety of community swim programs and camps and includes a snack bar and bathroom and locker room facilities. The tennis center’s six lit courts provide opportunities for year-round programs for adult and youth tennis and pickleball, including lessons, clinics, camps and leagues.
