Fareground at One Eleven Congress was a major renovation and redevelopment project that included reconfiguration of an outdoor urban plaza, as well as substantial structural modifications for adaptive reuse of an existing commercial bank vault, interior lobby, and back-of-house spaces at One Congress Plaza, an anchor high-rise building in the Central Business District of Austin.

Leap!Structures performed structural engineering services for both building and plaza improvements to repurpose underutilized common areas into an upscale food hall, with commercial kitchens, new mechanical support, and service areas for six premier local food and drink vendors. Fareground at One Eleven has become a popular downtown hub for professionals, residents, and visitors. The project was recognized with the 2018 Best Project Innovation Award by the Austin Chapter of Urban Land Institute (ULI).
