The Pitch is a vibrant, two-story open-air entertainment and dining district created for Austin FC fans and the broader community.

LEAP engineered the structural modifications and foundational systems for 23 creatively adapted shipping containers, which are organized into five building pods designed by Mark Odom Studio. Our scope included auxiliary support structures, grand stairways, shade canopies, and site retaining walls. We also provided engineering and detailing services for a striking mass timber pavilion that serves as the development’s anchor—featuring custom steel apertures and cantilevered steel pipe column supports that connect the site to the FC practice stadium
